1. How do you measure success, what does success means to you?
Success shouldn’t be the only way to measure the value of life. Success means that your own values have been recognized. You can proof your personal values and be respected by others through success.

While hoping our employees can contribute to the company growth, we also take care of their career development. We have a strong sense of responsibility to them, it takes a lot of time and efforts to bear these responsibilities. Investing in your employees is by far the most rewarding investment, which enhances employees engagement and helps create further career development and leadership opportunities.
3. What is the best career advice you’ve received and why?
The best career advice I have received was “You’ve got to have a plan”. No matter what you are doing or what your goals are. They all need a clear plan, stating how you can execute them, and also identify yourself at various benchmarks from a long-term and short-term perspectives.
