Personal Information Collection Statement for Job Applicants
Tricor is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all job applicants. This statement informs you of the purpose for which personal data (“Personal Data”) collected by Tricor in connection with an application for employment will be used following collection, to whom it will be transferred and who is to handle data access/correction requests.
It is voluntary for you to provide the Personal Data to Tricor. However, failure to receive the necessary information may result in Tricor being unable to process the application and consequently, may result in the application being rejected.
PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Any staff designated to handle the Personal Data will be instructed to adhere with the requirements under this statement. In addition, Tricor may also transfer the Personal Data to other entities and agencies which are involved in the recruitment and vetting process (including recruitment agencies and referees).
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
If an application is rejected, the Personal Data will be retained for no longer than one year. Personal Data of successful applicant(s) will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy requirements of Tricor.
