About the Seminar
We are delighted to share with you, once again at our annual client seminar, recent issues of interest in relation to corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Our keynote speaker will highlight prospects for the Mainland Chinese and Hong Kong SAR economies. An expert panel of speakers will examine duties and responsibilities of directors of listed issuers in Hong Kong SAR. This will be followed by a case study of ESG Reporting, presented by a leading practitioner in environmental and sustainable development. Tricor executives will then exchange perspectives in a panel discussion on regulatory issues and disclosure obligations for listed issuers in Hong Kong SAR.
