Tricor Group (Tricor), Asia’s leading provider of integrated business, corporate, investor, human resources and payroll, corporate trust and debt services, has moved back into its Road Town office in Tortola, the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Tricor provides licensed registered agent services in the BVI through two entities: East Asia Corporate Services Limited and its subsidiary, Tricor Services (BVI) Limited (collectively, Tricor BVI).
Like many businesses in the BVI, Tricor was forced to relocate its operations to a temporary location after its office building was severely damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017. After an unprecedented period of hardship and cooperation, the BVI is beginning to return to normal as companies repair and move back into their original residences. Tricor, too, has now returned to its original office in Palm Grove House.
Clair Burke, Tricor BVI Managing Director, said, “Despite the widespread destruction, we have spent the past year investing in and renovating our original office on 2/F, Palm Grove House. It’s with great pleasure that we move back into this building, which we have updated and modernized, because it reflects the inspiring hard work and dedication of the entire community to re-building the BVI. It has been a challenging year, and I’m sure our staff will appreciate returning to our old home in Road Town.”
Tricor BVI’s main telephone number has been changed to (284) 393-6004.
Tricor BVI offers a full range of corporate formation, corporate governance, company secretarial and administration services and the provision of registered agent and registered office services for all BVI corporate entities as well as director and shareholder services in approved cases.
