1. How do you measure success, what does success mean to you?

To me, success means getting the outcomes, whether they are personal, professional or financial. I like to see the result of my, and my team’s effort being used and I believe that this is a great way to bring everyone on the journey.

2. How do you keep employees engaged and motivated?

I believe that everyone has their own individual drivers, and there isn’t a one-size-fits all rule. Understanding what a person’s motivations are will help engagement. Engagement and motivation are also two-way, in that we need to be engaged to build engagement.

3. Share a book/person that has most influenced your career or life? And why?

I don’t think I could name a single book or person, simply because we live in an age where new thinking, understanding and information is available all the time. This means that my learning is constantly being influenced, and I hope that my learning influences others.

4. When did you join Tricor & Why did you join Tricor?

I joined in late 2018 mainly because I liked the opportunity Tricor has; and wanted to be part of that opportunity. It’s been great working with a team that has an incredible ambition to realise, and still cares about our people and our clients.
