1. How do you measure success, what does success means to you?

When competitors in the same industry as us, and gatekeepers and introducers of clients who require trust services, mention and refer to our brand name because it means that our competitors recognize us a serious/significant competitor, and those gatekeepers and introducers recognize us as a potential service provider for their clients. We are therefore a recognized, visible player in the market – just like a top team in any sporting competition that other teams, their managers and coaches recognise as a major contender.

2. How do you keep employees engaged and motivated? 

By applying a team approach. Leveraging their strengths and supporting their weaknesses. Treating every team member respectfully and as being equally important. Having fun while we work so that we all enjoy what we do. Working hard and playing hard. Giving them the opportunity to grow and develop their talents.

3. What is the best career advice you’ve received and why?

To never stop learning and to adapt to change, which is increasingly important today as the pace of change in business and the world is accelerating so rapidly due to technological advances.

 4. How do you keep a healthy work-life balance?

I try my best to eat healthily, exercise and play music with a band.
