1. How do you measure success, what does success mean to you?
Do your best and leave the rest. Success is when you try your best in everything you do. Even if it doesn’t lead to big achievements, you should always feel proud and satisfied.
2. When did you join Tricor & why?
I joined Tricor Malaysia in 2012. During that time, the company was in a period of rapid expansion to gain market share in business, corporate and investor services. Its strategic mergers & acquisitions and results-driven culture are what attracted me. Today, Tricor Malaysia is a market leader and with over 800 staff. I am very excited to be part of the Tricor family and proud to be a part of its transformation and success.
3. How do you manage work-life balance?Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is very important. Around two years ago I decided to take my singing hobby to the next level and started classical vocal training. During my leisure time, I attend lessons and practise for examinations.
