Between email, apps and conference calls it can sometimes feel business is becoming less personal. Deals that were once agreed over a long lunch and a handshake are now formalized via email and e-signatures.

Technology may enable productivity, but it cannot replace personal relationships. In the digital age, personal touches matter more than ever. Not less.

As a new CEO, one of my imperatives is to ensure that even as we eagerly embrace technology, we don’t forget to build and nurture relationships within the company and with our clients.
