Based on the Manpower Law No.13/2003, companies with over 10 employees should prepare Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan or “PP”) and report them to the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration. Company regulations are not compulsory for companies that already have a Collective Labor Agreement (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama).
