    Our client is a well-known electronic components wholesalers company, they are seeking for a Purchase Officer as part of their team in Hong Kong.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle the purchase orders between customers and factories in Japan, Shanghai and Taiwan
    • Co-ordinate with other departments for purchase activities
    • Work closely with logistic team for warehouse operation, managing stock level and logistic schedule
    • Generate reports for effective control and review
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


    Requirements:
    • Diploma or above
    • Experience in electronics industry would be an advantage
    • Proficient in English and Chinese
    • Fluent in speaking in Japanese is an advantage
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
    • Ability to work under a fast pace environment with good organizational skills
    • Immediate available is preferred
