A comprehensive career coaching service offers important skills to employees during their career transition. In addition to providing practical job search assistance to the dismissed employees, the ultimate goal of our Transition Mentoring Service is to help the company minimize any negative impact on the morale and work attitudes of the remaining staff.

We offer a structured programme of six modules, run in four phases (see below). This programme can either be held in a group workshop setting or in one-to-one mentoring sessions.
