General Summary:
We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our HR Department as HR Officer.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-spectrum of human resources duties including but not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation & benefits.
- Assist the team to develop and implement a broad range of activities including manpower planning, development as well as employee relations and communication.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal skill and capable to communicate effectively with all levels
- A good team player and able to work under pressure
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
