Paul Fradale has been an educator for 31 years and has worked in both state and private schools in Hawai'i and Japan. He is currently the Head of Hikarigaoka Campus for Aoba-Japan International School, an IB World School with over 700 students. A lecturer for International Christian University, he has published several peer-reviewed journal articles, a book with Routledge released in 2021, and is completing his doctoral thesis, all on Blended Learning. Paul is an expatriate American; he has lived in Japan for 21 years and is now a permanent resident. In his spare time he is renovating a 132 year old farmhouse in rural Japan with his wife, also an expatriate American, and their story has been covered by CNN.

Mr. Montgomery currently is the Representative Director & CEO of Global Step Academy Group, an international education-focused company that creates and provides international education content, both online and offline, for students around the world.
He was also the former Representative Director & CEO of ABC Cooking Studio, the largest cooking school business in Japan and one of the largest in the world. He left after the sale of the company to NTT Docomo in January 2014. Before that, he was an M&A associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). He supported the team in numerous billion-dollar domestic and cross-border M&A deals. He graduated from Babson College with a BA in business administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Economics.

Kevin Smythe had a background in financial operations and international expansion of businesses. As Director of Sales & Marketing at Tricor, he provides support and advice for overseas companies looking towards expansion into the Japanese market.
He began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young in Silicon Valley. After leaving public accounting, he held various financial leadership positions at technology companies, helping establish the processes need to support rapid growth. He joined Tricor in 2019 to focus on the unique challenges of establishing businesses in Japan.
Kevin holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle.
