This role is responsible to provide a complete and appropriate solutions for every clients in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability. The role is also responsible to assist in sales activities for the business expansion.
- Achieve sales target and expand client base.
- Identify opportunities in the market and generate new leads.
- Ability to craft and present solution based on client’s requirements.
- To prepare quotations as per client’s request.
- To support sales and marketing events, including seminars, workshops and events.
- To build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
- To prepare sales and business reports for management review.
- Ability to provide suggestions and feedbacks in improvising the products and services.
- Candidates must possess at least diploma or bachelor degree.
- Proven working experience as sales representative in software selling with at least 3-4 years’ experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- OPTIONAL – to have basic knowledge in the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
