What the job role is:

  • Support the day-to-day trust administration, trust accounting
  • Prepare documents for trust establishment
  • Prepare the documents for onboarding and periodic board and governance meeting
  • Assist to handle bank accountings opening and change of bank activities of holding entities
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree holder in business, finance, accounting, legal or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years or relevant experience in the private trust administration and/or corporate services sector
  • Able to work independently, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with fluent spoken Mandarin
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
