What the job role is:

  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters independently for portfolio of clients (including listed/private companies)
  • Handle the day-to-day trust administration, trust accounting and ongoing operational activities of the trusts and holding entities
  • Meet and prepare paperwork for periodic board and governance meetings
  • Handle general company secretarial duties including set-up, maintenance and winding up of entities established in various jurisdictions
  • Handle bank accounts opening and change of bank signatory activities of holding entities
  • Prepare and review KYC due diligence documents relating to the trusts and ownership structures
  • FATCH/CRS/Beneficial Ownership Register/SCR compliance work
  • Assist with regulator's queries and requests for information
  • Coordinate and liaise with external service providers and internal stakeholders
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree holder in business, finance, accounting, legal or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years or relevant experience in the offshore trust administration and/or corporate services sector
  • STEP qualification is preferred
  • Familiar with trust and company laws and regulations and standard AML policies and requirements by financial institutions
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with fluent Mandarin
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ViewPoint 7.4 preferre
