General Summary:

We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our Investor Services Division as Temporary Professional Services Support to cope with our fast growing business.

What the job role is:

  • To provide general clerical support to the Client Service team in handling corporate action assignments of listed clients including AGM and IPO projects, etc.

Who we are looking for:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Office working experience is preferred
  • Well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good team player and willing to work overtime to meet deadlines
  • Satisfactory written and spoken English. Good Putonghua will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Business professional attire
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Work Schedule: 09:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)

The position will be offered to suitable candidate from April to end of June 2020 (may extend if continue support required by then).
