I think success is challenging to succinctly define. For me personally, it largely revolves around purpose, setting goals, personal growth and making a difference. I have learnt though that meeting life's challenges oftentimes means embracing flexibility.
Success means finding a balance between your work, family life and community obligations. When you enjoy your work and create a community of colleagues, it’s easier to achieve.

I don’t measure success as it’s uncountable. The true meaning of success should be less about attaining wealth, propensity and fame, and more about achieving and accomplishing an aim, a goal or an objective whilst at the same time enjoying the process.
